George Avery is a Digital Media and Performance Marketing executive with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. He founded GetAds after building Affiliate.com (formerly CPA Empire) into a leading Affiliate Network with over $100 million in sales annually. He was also instrumental in the development of what has become industry-standard affiliate tracking software. George brings a unique vision, intensity, and team approach to every project he is a part of. Not content to sit on the sidelines, George's management style has always been extremely hands-on. He has a unique talent for motivating people to be at the top of their game 100% of the time. His goal is to create success not only for himself, but also for those around him. In his free time he enjoys playing Ice Hockey, Dirt Biking, Snowboarding, and Wakeboarding.

Pat Avery has been a leader in Digital Media and Performance-Based Marketing for over 12 years. As a founding member of GetAds, he has built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals in the industry. His positive attitude and productive mentality help to drive the company forward on a daily basis. Pat's previous work includes being the Director of Advertising Sales at Media Breakaway. He graduated from Regis University with a degree in Investment Banking. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 3 kids, as well as pursuing his passion for the Martial Arts. Pat holds a Black Belt in Tang Soo Do.

Caryn Stoll
CFO
Caryn Stoll is a seasoned accounting professional with 25 years experience along with a strong background in business management. She is very passionate about her work and prides herself on exceptional work ethic, drive, dedication and a firm belief in honesty, integrity and respect. Caryn's previous work includes 7-Eleven, Oppenheimer Mutual Funds, Lincoln Trust, Sealy Inc., Media Breakaway and her own companies on the side. She graduated from the Regis University obtaining her B.S. in Accounting and enjoys spending her free time golfing, gardening, reading and spending time with her family in major card battles. She loves spa days, girl time and great wine. Anyone that knows Caryn, knows that she keeps the road hot between Denver, Utah and her family ranch in Wyoming. Her greatest accomplishment is being the first in her family to graduate from college, having a strong tight-knit family and running a favorite pen out of ink.

Jamie Stephenson
Vice President
Jamie Stephenson brings years of advertising and multimedia experience to the GetAds team. Jamie graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Communication and Public Relations. As Vice President, and one of the founding members of GetAds, Jamie's leadership and problem-solving skills evolve daily. A Colorado native, Jamie is an avid hockey player and active outdoorsmen. Jamie's dedication to the well-being of the GetAds team, friends, family and his community show a true strength in his character.
